| Rhode Island Commerce Corporation (Corporation) seeks proposals from qualified firms to assist in the development of a written long-term economic development vision and policy and a strategic plan for implementing this policy for the State of Rhode Island. The purpose of this initiative is to submit an updated long-term economic development strategy to the State’s General Assembly as set forth in R.I. Gen. Laws section 42-64.17.1 and file an updated Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) with the U.S. Economic Development Agency (EDA). |
